Terms of Use

This website (the Site) is operated by Epoq, Inc. (Epoq, we, us), a Massachusetts corporation whose registered office is at 82 Wendell Avenue, STE 100, Pittsfield, MA 01201, in support of the AIRR Protocol initiative convened by Grahame Cohen. References to AIRR Protocol on this Site refer to that initiative.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to your use of the Site.

The Site provides information about the AIRR Protocol and lets eligible organizations request access to additional, non-public information about the initiative. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on either side, does not grant access by itself, and does not create a membership, partnership, or contractual relationship. Every request is reviewed manually and we may decline or stop providing access at our discretion.

You agree that information you submit through the access-request form is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you name, and that you are not impersonating anyone else. We handle the information in line with our Privacy Notice.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any account, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site;
• introduce malware, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
• use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, and the AIRR Protocol name and marks – is owned by Epoq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example epoq.co and atahprotocol.org). Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory, financial or insurance advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epoq disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epoq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
